I’m Zhivko — a software developer with over a decade in the industry, most of it on the backend with Node.js, with stretches of Python and Java along the way, and more recently full-stack. That decade also came with a lot of time running systems in production: cloud architecture on AWS, from serverless services to the underlying infrastructure; search and event streaming at scale with Elasticsearch and Kafka; and the monitoring and alerting that keeps distributed systems honest.
This blog is where I write up projects end-to-end: the problem, the architecture, the trade-offs, and what I actually learned building the thing. Expect a mix of machine learning, AI systems, and full-stack engineering — whatever I’m building at the moment.
No tutorials, no hot takes. Just real projects with real decisions in them.
